Shruti Hassan shot for the advertisement of Walls ice cream a few weeks back and the ad is one of the first campaigns done by her. How Shruti got the ad is an interesting story as the initial contract was signed with Amrita Rao and Pakistani band but the changing scenarios in relationships between India and Pakistan, led the advertisers to sign Shruti for the ad.
