Hmm… Was planning to do some write-up on some of the good ads I routinely happen to see on the TV. So here is a small beginning!

Indian Airlines: You are with your own

This is perhaps one of the finest commercial on television right now. Nice, direct and to the point. Perfectly presented with extremely believable characters. The background music is nice and the performances are good. A good example of how good marketing can show a not so good product as a great one! Full Marks.

Mahindra Scorpio: Nothing else will do

The advertisement where the nose of an airplane opens to present a Scorpio and the lady pilot becomes a chauffeur. Again a good example of how good advertisement can enhance the image of an inferior product. Scorpio is not as great a product as that advertisement make us believe!

Cadbury Dairy Milk

A product with a history of some of the finest advertisements. The dancing girl in the cricket field, and many more. One of the latest series of advertisements has Amitabh Bachchan with his mobile not working so he borrows from a person standing nearby. The facial expression of the person when Amitabh suddenly appears from no where and asks for his phone! Priceless. Informative.
