Sonu Sood to perform Tantya Tope

Sushmita Sen’s dream project ‘Rani Lakshmi Bai - The Warrior Queen’ will have Sonu Sood playing the role of Tantya Tope. Earlier Akshay Kumar was approached by Sushmita Sen for the role but he turned down the offer for lack of time. The movie will depict the Indian war of Independence of the year 1857.
