Sushmita lost suit against Anu Malik’s brother

Anu Malik’s brother Abu Malik is claiming that he won the case against Sushmita Sen that she filed for getting underpaid. Sushmita was to get payment for performing in shows and she was demanding payment for 15 shows but Abu said she did 11 shows and the shows were not performing well. The suit was filed two and a half years back.
