Tanushree Dutta to sizzle in CHOCOLATE and AASHIQ BANAYA APNE

For a small-town girl of Jamshedpur to create a stir in Bollywood is no mean task. But Tanushree Dutta is doing that and slated for much more. She got her first modelling break, was crowned Ponds Femina Miss India Universe 2004.

Tanushree will soon be seen in the multi-starrer thriller CHOCOLATE with Anil Kapoor , Sunil Shetty and Irfaan Khan and AASHIQ BANAYA APNE with Emraan Hashmi and Sonu Sood.

Tanushree Dutta, opines that CHOCOLATE is an ideal debut film to showcase her acting skills and one that is very close to her heart. However every time she starts talking about her role in CHOCOLATE, Dutta unintentionally slips and ends up describing her role in her second film, AASHIQ BANAYA APNE. “That’s because I have been shooting round the clock for AASHIQ… and Emraan has been paired opposite me in both the films. No doubt both the films are integral to my career but CHOCOLATE is like a first baby and it will always be very special to me. I cannot forget the faith imposed by the makers in me without knowing my acting potential,” she elucidates.

Besides AAQHIQ… will now be Tanushree’s first release with the release date having been confirmed for September 2, though her official debut film will continue to be CHOCOLATE, as she puts it. The film tells a college campus story about three people who are entangled in love.
