In this flick Ram Gopal Varma weilds the microphone to Saurabh Narang, and casts Satya famed Chekravarthy and former Miss Universe Sushmita Sen who wears no makeup this time for the realistic movie. presence of scary looking tree adds mystery to the movie.
Viraag Rao (Chekravarthy) is a famous writer. He is going though a phase of mental block, so he decides to shifts to a peaceful bungalow - Shanti Kutir, located on the fringe of Pune. He has a wife Jhilmil (Sushmita sen) and a son Rahul (Ahsaas Channa). Jhilmil and Viraag are both busy with there life and professional commitments. Jhilmil is a doctor and Viraag keeps himself busy with books. Young Rahul is left to tend for himself. He roams around the house, exploring it. And one day he sees something no one agrees to believe in, they all ignore this to be just a piece of his imagination till one day something bizarre happens and two people die in the house, both ruthlessly murdered. Enter Police Office Ghorpande (Sayaji Shinde) who thinks murder has been done by some psychopath and Viraag remembers what Rahul has been saying all along. They test his theory. The outcome is a shocking revelations.
