Not so long ago, VJ star Sophiya Chaudhary had categorically stated in an interview, “While I have been getting offers for films, I want to continue singing since this is my first love.

A good script, well-known director and foot-tapping music are some of the things I will be looking for when I do sign a film”.

Seems, Ekta Kapoor’s next release Kya Kool Hai Hum has all these ingredients.Sophiya has done a cameo in Kya Kool Hain Hum.

When contacted, Sophiya revealed, “I am playing myself, that is, a MTV VJ. Balaji Telefilms has a serial called Kitni Mast Hai Zindagi on MTV. They have a very good equation with the channel and MTV bounced this off to me”.

Does she swing and gyrate which is her forte? “Oh, I am not going to give that away.

But yes, I am going to turn on the heat,” she said with a laugh, adding,”Tusshar is a very sweet guy. He is going around telling people that I am going to add a lot of glamour to the flick”.

The shooting took place in Mumbai. “It took me just one day to wind up my part,” Sophiya concluded.
