Zoya Akhtar’s new Project to star Saif and Tabu

Zoya Akhtar’s new project ‘Luck By Chance’ will star Saif and Tabu. Earlier Madhuri Dixit was approached for the role but Zoya signed Tabu when Madhuri asked for a whopping one crore to play the role.

Zoya says ‘Luck By Chance’ is an insider’s look at Bollywood. It will look at the industry and its people as they are. Everyone is always on the brink, and the film will have that energy. The movie will look at everyone from superstars to spotboys. It’s very much a Bollywood movie. The film will be a take on people related to film industry. These people will be represented by characters - though there names would be altered but yes they would be familiar. At the end of the day, the movie would be a two hour take Bollywood.

Zoya is the daughter of Javed Akhtar and Honey Irani and sister of Farhan Akhtar.
