Music Review: Krantiveer - The Revolution

The film “Krantiveer - The Revolution” has a pair of unknown actors and actresses, and therefore audiences are not looking out for something great from the movie .The promotionals are not very prominent  and what one can seek from the music is energy and romantic songs – to match the title. The songs of the album are composed by Sachin - Jigar and the lyrics are of Sameer.

‘Khuda Mere Khuda’ – The first song of the album is a romantic number having the voices of Shreya Ghosal and KK. The song has a regular tune – not new .This one is an average number from the composers.

Music Review: Rajneeti

Rajneeti is a Prakash Jha’s film and most of the movies made by Prakash Jha are not remembered for their music therefore nobody expects the albums to give the best scores but the presence of Ranbir and Katrina raises the need to have some good tracks.

The film has a combination of composers including Pritam, Aadesh Srivastva , Wayne Sharpe (New York based composer) and Shantanu Moitra.

‘Bheegi Si Bhaagi Si’ – The track is composed by Pritam and the lyrics are of Irshad Kamil. The song is a romantic number and the duo Mohit Chauhan and Antara Mitra provide a fresh combination of voices which appears lovely on this romantic number.

Music Review: Chase

Jagmoham Mundra’s another movie after “Apartment “ is scheduled to be released soon and movie is called “Chase” and the music album of the film has been released just a few weeks before the release of the movie. Audience do not hope much from the music album of the movie because the lead stars are not very popular on big screen.

‘Get Set Go’: The promotional scenes shown on the small screen is mostly about a man running on a bike and the words“Chase Kar Le.” The title song is strong as it attracts attention immediately but not for long as the tunes gets repetitive. The beats are nice and this song also comes in a remixed version with additional beats. The song is in the voice of Wajid and it is written by Jalees Sherwani.

Music Review: Ravan

Again the trio Gulzar, Mani Ratnam and Rahman are together to deliver something superior. When the music listener gets a CD with these names, the expectations is too much.

‘Beera Beera’ – It appears to be an introductory song for a man called Beera or it can be said to be a character sketch.The song attracts immediately with all the new tunes. The song is in voice of Kirti Sagathia and Vijay Prakash. The lyrics are perfect and very impressive, and same can be said for music.

The music composers behind the composition of ‘Bumm Bumm Bole’ are Azaan Sami, Tapas Relia and M.G. Sreekumar and the three names are very new to film industry. The film has many other associations new except Darsheel.

‘Bumm Bumm Bole:’ The song is written by Irfan Siddiqui and the music is composed by Azaan Sami (he is the son of Adnan Sami).The title song is designed perfectly for a kids movie and the little boy has done a good job. The song is in voice of Shaan and it is a sweet number.

The film “Badmaash Company” is about four people who take a second route to get success and the movie is about young cunning people, therefore, the audience expects the music to be energetic and fun. The music of the album has been composed by Pritam Chakraborty

“Ayaashi” : The song is in voice of KK and its lyrics are by Anvita Dutt Guptan. The song has new lyrics and new tunes, which is attractive. Most of the promotional of the movie has been done showing this song and the lead pair appears appealing in the song .A remixed version of the song has also been made, which has some more beats. The tune is western and the guitar’s sound is clear and applauding. The song shows how the young achievers are celebrating after winning a so called wrong game.
