Hitchhiker’s Guide on BBC
It’s not strictly movie news, but I knew I couldn’t let this slip by without warning as many people as possible. For those of you with access to the television channel BBC2, you’ll be most happy to know that the TV series of Hitchhikers begins a rerun tonight starting at 23:20 for some six thirty-five minute episodes
On it you will see Simon Jones as Arthur Dent, who appeared briefly in the movie as the recorded message warning of impending nuclear attack, also seen is the eighties incarnation of Marvin, who also appeared in the movie.
It’s a throwback, but for you purists and fans out there, it may be a welcome alternative. Tell me this isn’t a better Zaphod than the movie!
